WHAT'S YOUR STORY?
Womanist, reproductive justice warrior, and writer ❤
WHAT'S YOUR PURPOSE?
To be the woman I needed when I was younger.
WHAT'S THE BIGGEST HARDSHIP YOU'VE FACED?
I don’t have a “biggest hardship.” None of them were able to outdo each other in regards to their “toughness,” haha. I was raised in the hood and come from an immigrant family full of trauma, violence, and oppression, like many others of my raza and community, therefore they were all pretty insane. Nevertheless, I’m glad I went through everything I did, because it made me who I am today, and I wouldn’t change that for the world. ❤
WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST MOTIVATION?
It’s honestly the little things. Its resplendent beauty that I absorb everyday elates my soul, and it’s truly inspiring and motivating.
It roots from the eccentricity embedded in my being, so I don’t have one specific dream—I have many that combine into one big, abstract fairy tale.
I’m genuinely excited to watch it like a movie one day.
WHAT'S SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE WOULD NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I have social anxiety (however, I’m getting better, slowly but surely .
IF YOU COULD MEET ANYONE DEAD OR ALIVE WHO WOULD IT BE?
Selena. Her soul seemed so pure and full of love; she was truly a celestial gift.
